Tiers 2 and 3 include a findings and suggestions report you can use for helping you decide what to do with your gear. If you choose Tier #1, then decide to go for Tier #2, the cost of Tier #1 will be credited to the cost of Tier #2.

In all cases, I need to take temporary posession of the gear being tested. I will provide a receipt.

Tier #1: Inspection and Report: $50 per camera.*
Basic evaluation of cosmetics, external controls, film chamber, mechanical/electronic functionality, light cleaning (if necessary for inspection), emailed condition report.

Tier #2: Inspection, Reconditioning and Report (emailed PDF document): $150 per kit.*
Full evaluation of cosmetics, external controls, film chamber, mechanical/electronic functionality, observational shutter speed check, external cleanup, detailing, and essential functional restorative tasks (where possible and practical) such as external optics clean-up, some and replacing light film chamber light seals. Includes condition and tasks-performed report.

Film Shooting Test: $75
If your "kit" includes a lens and is functional enough, with this additional service, I will shoot and process a roll of film to verify functionality and lack of light leaks. I will provide you the negatives and basic pro-lab digital scans of the shots.

*A "kit" is basically a single camera and any related accessories (lens, flash, filters, etc.).
